Hi! I’m Amrit a Toronto-based Registered Acupuncturist, educator, and wellness consultant. Traditional Chinese Medicine has been part of my life for nearly two decades, and it became my everything when it supported me through my own health challenges when I couldn’t find answers anywhere else.
Today, I help women and high-performing professionals reconnect to their bodies with acupuncture, supporting stress, skin health, digestion, and fertility amidst today’s modern overwhelm. My work blends ancient wisdom with modern wellness, guided by the belief that well-aging, health, and longevity begin with a holistic approach of bridging East and West.
