4. Clinic Bookings & Cancellations (Jane App)

• Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Fees: Late cancellations or "No-Shows" will be charged a fee of 100%

5. Shipping & International Customs

• Estimates: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
• Customs & Duties: For international orders (including US, EU, and UK), the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for packages held or returned due to unpaid duties.

6. Strict No-Return & Refund Policy

• Safety & Hygiene: Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of our community, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Damages: If an item arrives damaged, contact book@acuwithamrit.com within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
